CANCELLATION POLICY
-I charge 25% cancellation fee for any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 12 hours of the appointment - If you are 8 minutes late your appointment will still be accepted however at 9 minutes you will need to reschedule. This is to ensure that each guest receives their reserved time. - If you have multiple services booked & you are past 5 minutes late we may have to remove services, this is just to make sure that I have enough time to give you the best service possible! - If I am running behind I will make sure that I reach out via text or phone call to let you know!
